Assessing your health & fitness

Our purpose built facility enables us to combine the best of both the clinical and exercise worlds.

We offer, Counselling Services, Clinical exercise prescription as well as Health and Exercise testing services.

All our programs and services can be rebated through Allied Health services, a GP Management plan or your Private Health Insurance.

We perform Health screening tests for your specific needs or condition. For example, we perform lung function testing, ECG testing, Diabetes education and other specific fitness testing.

We assess many aspects of your life, for instance;

• Do you have any conditions or comorbidity, and are on medications?
• Do you have any relevant specialist information that may affect your exercise intervention?
• Does your G.P. or other Allied Health Professionals have any specific advice in relation to your exercise intervention?
• Would your G.P. want one of our Health Professionals to communicate with anyone in your multidisciplinary team? If so, who?
• Would your G.P. require any specific information collected before, during or after your exercise? E.g., B.P, HR, Blood Pressure, oxygen levels or Blood Glucose Levels? Note: Spirometry and ECG testing as well as other Physical/Exercise testing is available upon request.

Your programs and assessments are  performed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists.

These services are available through private and public rebate systems. If you wish to explore these rebate systems, please chat with your G.P.
